December 16, 2013 - Intense dark yellow color. Nose: Sweet pastry, exotic fruit salad. Mouth: Consistent with nose. Delicious. It seems to me that they want to mimic a white Bordeaux but they aren't quite there yet. There is like a sweet caramel aroma although the wine is dry. The aromas could have been purer and more complex. Unfortunately you can feel the 13.5% alc a bit. 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Friulano, 20% Pinot Bianco. New french oak. Drink now or in the next 2 years.

February 5, 2012 - Rich and complex, nicely balanaced with the new oak. Big for a white, contemplative. Great with strong cheeses.
