Community Tasting Notes 2

February 23, 2013 - Very elegant. Good fruit, balancing acidity with a nice pepper finish. Drinking well now.

January 31, 2012 - I had forgotten how much I paid for this. Fairly standard nose for a French syrah, but the palate is quite interesting. Lots of licorice/aniseed flavours. Tastes very much like I imagine the landscape looks. I like it more and more as it opens up. Perhaps a little pricey at $32 CAD, but interesting and enjoyable.
