December 15, 2012 - Very mineral, light with that special taste from Beaune's white. I did the whole bottle alone since Daria is pregnant. Great pleasure from this Burgundy Santenay. Not the most famous name in Beaune's whites but excellent value. Anyway you cant be expecting mediocrity from a Jadot Burgundy product.
