Community Tasting Notes 2

  • tomandlu Does not like this wine: 80 points

May 4, 2013 - Deep, virtually opaque purple-red color. Vegetal and fruity both on the nose but the green bean aroma is strongest, with some spice and red fruit in the background. Fruity but edgy on the palate, it never seems to find it's balance. If anything this wine is poorer now than it was upon release and seems to be breaking up. Purchased on release and stored in my cellar since then. Both bottles were similar.

February 7, 2011 - Popped and poured. No detailed notes but I recall it being fragrant, balanced thoroughly enjoyable.
