October 7, 2014 - Color: Golden, partly from ageing and clear.
Nose: Nice mix of fresh green notes and a bit sweetness. Pear, newly moved lawn, white peach and galia melon.
Mouth: Not quite as masculine as Nigl's Private GV, but somewhat powerfull. Besides the green/sweet notes from the nose you also find hazelnut, some fatness (butter) and peppery notes.
Overall: Very good! And excellent pairing with turbot. Settled now and will probably evolve further, but why wait.1 person found this helpful Comment
