November 21, 2010 - Didn't expect much from this but was pleasantly surprised. A real find and looking fresher than many other highly esteemed cru's from the same vintage. Starts of with a lovely mature toasty note which seems to blow off or integrate after a few minutes and reveal a lovely stonelike creamy perfume. The palate is pretty much along the same lines, initally phenolic but materialising into a much more refined and elegant wine that never lacks interest.
