Community Tasting Notes 1

September 1, 2011 - This is a wonderful Cab with subtle fruit, mellow tannins, and no rough edges. Great with a little horse radish infused cheese topped with a dab of blue cheese, crowned with half a pecan drizzled with a spot of honey.
