March 9, 2011 - Pale platinum salmon. Light, airy and mineral-laden with nice floral notes and hints of sweet citrus and soap. Love the leanness, minerality, balance and acidity. Long, coating finish. I appreciate when grapes are deliberately grown for rose; mainly Pinot Noir with Syrah and Malbec. Seek this one out!
