  August 17, 2023 - Second time I've tasted this one, last bottle was 2017.
  
  Was served blind, no specific theme in tasting, so anything goes these evenings.
  From the start till the end ... this exceeds any expectation of what wine can bring you.
  And whilst it does start showing some age ( hence the 99 and not 100 ), it remains fully enjoyable.
  A nose one could keep smelling ... full bodied in mouth, so succulent and sexy, smooth and round.
  
  A minor debate around the table if this bottle was "over the top" was quickly silenced in pouring them a second glass.
  
  Love it ... want it ... need it ... buy it .... taste it !

  Too powerful, too alcoholic, makes not fun, feels tired and broad. A good friend of mine had this bottle 2 days before and rated it with 100. I bought this bottle 10 years ago, After that well stored. 90

  June 27, 2023 - Very rich and full bodied. Lots of caramel and butterscotch alongside notes of canned yellow peaches and pears, almond wine and malmsey. Long and complex. Drink up.

  February 11, 2023 - The nose sings right out the gate. Flavors burst in all directions. There is apricot, pineapple, starfruit, as well as honeysuckle and bergamot. As air plays its magic, there’s more depth and flavors of beeswax, caramel and toffee are getting more and more present. It’s like being outside in a sunny summer day in Vaucluse and in a pastry shop at the same time. The mouth is dense, oily, yet with some lift. It’s doesn’t feel heavy at all. Honey, butter and peach pie notes roll on the tongue and lead to a suave finish. Only 6000 bottles were made, a true gem.
