December 22, 2010 - Wow. The first bottle we opened was corked but it still smelled really good. Golden straw in color. Ripe lemon/white fruit notes, though I admit my memory of the fruit is foggy. After that, there was intense flint/slate minerality on the palate, followed by a long finish balanced with strong acid. This is still a young wine! Kudos to Michel of Vinotas Selections for finding this.
