  January 23, 2021 - Decanted for 90 minutes.
  Deep crimson red color. Blue and red berries, tobacco, sandal wood, hyacinth and a green tulip notes with grippy tannins. Pair with fattier/richer food.
  Drinking well now but should last for another 5y+.
  Glass: Riedel Veritas Merlot

  Decanted and drank over 2hours. Seemed over the hill as the fruit was fairly dried out already.

  November 15, 2018 - Redcurrant jelly, smoke, earth, truffles, pencil shavings, cedar on the nose. Great on the palate, soft fruit, yet structured with grip and an excellent finish. Pretty in a Margaux way and very classic. Bargain from Lidl France at 18 Euros!

  March 15, 2015 - Quite a deep colour. Light to medium weight, with blackcurrant fruit and some cigar spice. A slight element of dilution towards the finish, but otherwise this is quite an elegant, soft but rounded, wine.
