March 5, 2012 - Nice wine still alive. Bit heavy and confused by the end. but never the less a good wine.

May 4, 2008 - Bright, deep color. Typical shiraz both on the nose and palate. Has developed from the pure fruit into something more complex. Pepper, coffee and tobacco. Drink now.

May 5, 2006 - I'm not normally into Aussie Shiraz but I had this one recommended about a year ago when it was on sale. Pink rim with a dark purple core. Decanted for about 2 hours, it showed a nose of blueberries, blackberries, spices and lots of vanilla from the new american oak. Full-bodied and powerful but rather sweet and simple. Matched the zuppo di pomodoro con panchetta nicely but nothing extraordinary in itself.
