January 11, 2018 - Fresh with precise strawberry and raspberry fruit, medium body, nice acidity for a ripe vintage (14% stated alcohol). Proof that Trousseau can age for at least medium-term.

December 13, 2014 - From memory. Seemed really reserved, especially next to the Ganevat, better the second day. Lack of fruit suggests possibly corked.

April 8, 2014 - Clear ruby with oranging edge. (still with cold, so truncated notes). The nose is spice, dark fruit, and cement, the palate is more red and very fresh. The finish is medium. This wine seems a fairly rustic but pure expression of trousseau.

June 23, 2013 - Fruit croquant nez de violette bouche fraîche

(André et Mireille Tissot Trousseau Arbois Singulier) The name is apt: this is an unusual wine. The earthy nose exhibits notes of red-berry fruit, dried herbs, cloves, and pepper. The briary, chewy palate offers more ripe red berry, spice, and pepper, with balanced acidity and tannins. Winery Spotlight: André et Mireille Tissot
