April 8, 2015 - Koyu bordo-derin yakut renkte, parlak ve canli. Burun cok kompleks, ilkten meseden gelen is kokulari ve meyvemsi notlar ardindan biraz isli et kokusu ve menekse aliniyor. Damakta guclu tanenli ama cok az sivri kaliyor. Mineralitesi oldukca iyi, orta govdeli, orta-ust bitisli, alkolu dengeli cok keyifli ve guclu bir sarap.

November 15, 2014 - Popped and poured but should have decanted. Pretty big wine, with lots of tannins, but nice and ripe. Good balance and good length. Delicious now, but really looking forward to how this will develop over the next 5-10 years. Impressed.

November 14, 2014 - Defumado, frutas vermlhas em geleia. Otima acidez e estrutura tanica. Madeira presente mas nao enjoativa. Muito mais integrada do que os vinhos espanhois que tenho tomado. Clean. Solido. Ate elegante. Media persistencia. Otimo. 92

April 7, 2014 - I didn't expect much from this one considering the reviews on here. Pulled it out on a whim, decanted for 30 minutes and boy did this open up. I'm getting surprising floral notes on the nose (first time I've seen such robust floral notes in a red) and a lot of melon on the palate along with some raspberry. There's a sweetness to this and yet it's well balanced and bold. Highly recommend for the 18-25$ price tag the quality is above and beyond its price range. I'm keeping Portugal on my radar from now on.
