  March 8, 2019 - Lite tunt, avmätt. kanske har passerat bästa datum?
  Merlot-druvan känns påtaglig (blended), blir bättre och bättre under middagen. Ganska medel - mörka frukter, bär - körsbär, blåbär, vinbär. lite tobak? kakao?
  Blir fylligare efter middagen - luftningen? mismatch t mat?? (ryggbiff/gratäng)

  February 9, 2012 - nose was VERY barnyard. Wine was un-balanced. Left half the bottle and tried again the next evening. barnyard had been replaced by light fruit notes and the tannins had mellowed. Ok bottle for the price, but not buying again

  January 20, 2012 - Wow, first sip tasted exactly like cough syrup and literally made me shiver. I poured a very small glass to see if it would get any better with a little air. Marginal improvement over an hour with the cough syrup component going away. Stuck the cork back in the bottle and thought maybe I would use the rest of the wine for cooking this weekend. Decided to try another glass last night and was extremely surprised at how this had evolved. Quite a nice low-end Bordeaux. In general a red fruit profile both on the nose and palate with a short to medium finish. I didn't detect much in the way of tannins on either night. I think with a decant this will drink well right now but may hold a little as well.
