May 13, 2011 - The wine offers some very nice scents of flowers, red strawberry, citrus and green apple. On the palate is a little light in an elegant way, is crisp and very fruity. It is a very nice pinot gris overall.

January 22, 2011 - Scott Paul for early 2000 Burgs, Eyrie, and Vista Hills: 1% RS, and you can even smell some of that sweetness in the form of honeydew melon and pineapple. Sweet melon on the palate. It's really soft and nice, with some slight acid. Finish drops off a bit though, which is a bummer because this could have been quite good. It's a little too tart.
