March 16, 2024 - Wonderfully complex bottle of wine. Round, viscous mouthfeel. Apple, apricot, lemon custard and nice honeyed notes. I don't know how long this will last and it was my only bottle but it is drinking absolutely beautifully rignt now.

April 8, 2021 - What I drank was the pinot gris Clos des Capucins Cuvée Ste-Catherine. Excellent pinot gris with lovely marmelade, abricot and spices flavors. It surely doesn’t show it’s age.

February 29, 2020 - Excellent. Last of 6 and although this was not quite as intense as previous bottles there was still lots to love here. Honeyed and spicy, balanced and long. Paired very well with Thai red curry salmon fish cakes.

December 14, 2019 - Drank over 4 days notes from memory. Medium dark yellow. Subdued nose but this was full on on the palate. Spicy, sweet but balanced and long. Needs to be served quite cool to avoid becoming flabby. Great pairing with Masaman curry.
