April 3, 2011 - I cannot better Capt Cutlass's summing up of this, so i'll just quote it:

"Crystal clear, almost no color at all. Straightforward grassy nose with green apples and kiwi fruit. Tight with crunchy, juicy acidic granny smith apples. Medium/short length with a yeasty finish and grapefruit bitterness at the end. Thirst-quenching stuff; no vineyard character but very cleanly made"
