December 8, 2018 - This was a nice enough zin but definitely not a world beater. Pretty blueberries and pepper on the nose and palate, but a little bit tired and definitely not going to get any better. Probably a year or two past peak - drink now if you have any.

April 21, 2013 - Garnet appearance. Dense, ripe, and fleshy with a juicy mouthfeel. Displays sappy, peppery notes of cherries, blackberries, black currant fruit, iron minerality, and cardamom spice. Well made.
