November 17, 2021 - Coming along nicely. No hurry, but can enjoy now with food. Very nice nose developing. the notes below suggest different stages of evolution but I find this a steady Eddie with very predictable development ... maybe a small amount of bottle variation.

November 6, 2020 - Check my previous notes for evolution. Bit tannnic and shy. May need more time. Might be good with rare meat. Very light on the tongue however.

February 23, 2019 - Same as my last tasting note. A bright and tangy wine, great with food. It won’t be the star of the meal but it’ll be a great supporting actor.

November 10, 2018 - Ive gotta say it’s nice and developing well. Have it with food and dont set your expectations too high. Secondary, not yet tertiary.

May 11, 2018 - Gave a brief whiff of barnyard before proceeding to a lightly fruity, mildly tannic wine. Pleasureable but forgettable. I wonder if this will evolve to throw off those wonderful tertiary flavours and sweetness. If it does, I’ve got 9 more!
