November 21, 2016 - This bottle was opened with extremely low expectations. Nice nose of savory black fruit with smoked meat. On the palate, blackberry, spice, hints of tobacco. Still a bit of grip on the finish. Could have used a touch more acidity but all things considered, a very pleasant surprise.
