March 30, 2024 - Mama Mia, the nose was off the hook. Drinking beautifully. I’d recommend 2 hours of air before approaching this one. Wish I had another to open in 2-3 years.

Im Gaumen weich, rund, auf den Punkt gereift, feinste Tannine, grossartige Harmonie, hier ist alles an seinem Platz. Im Abgang von ausgezeichneter Länge, mit einem Mix aus reifer Kirsche, Veilchen- und Tertiäraromen. Eine Top Flasche, ohne Frage. 97 vvPunkte

July 5, 2023 - Slow oxed for 4 hours before serving. Rose petals, dark fruit, pine, cherries and tar on the nose and palate. It had a sensual and layered palate with round fruit. A very complete fully mature barbaresco. 93-94

June 21, 2022 - Fantastic wine that drinks well now and for another 5 years. At peak according to me. Beautiful aromas of roses, rosehip, cherries on the nose. Palate shows very silky, integrated tannins, present acidity and very nice fruit of dark cherries.
