Community Tasting Notes 2

January 9, 2012 - Very, very delicate - one of the best Rhone Whites I have tasted. Soft and gentle in the nose, with a taste that - funny enough - makes you think of the grapes of Champagne in a very delicate manner. Drink it cold and it will embrace you in the glass.

December 28, 2010 - Creamy nose with lemon curd, bananas and pear, and a strong pastry note. The mouth was very similar with the creaminess overriding and an alcoholic bite on the finish. The 2008 was much better and here we can see the difference between the cooler (08) and the much hotter (09) year. It is pretty much impossible, in my opinion, to find an interesting white wine from the south of France in a hot year.
