June 12, 2004 - Pale yellow in color with delicate tiny bubbles, the nose has hints of yeast and honey. The body continues with the honey and yeast, but adds pear, lemon, and bisquit. The finish is complex and pleasant. A very enjoyable sparkler, especially when factoring in the under $30 price tag. Drink over next two years.
