May 21, 2021 - This bottle was in a perfect spot this evening. Soft but persistent mousse. Lovely acidity along with charming fruit. Hard to ask for more from this bottle.

April 3, 2020 - Pale yellow, lovely graceful bubbles. Looks so appetising. On the nose a lemony, waxy, brioche and lemon butter. Palate wise intense still, proper French chardonnay mouthfeel, a Grand Cru Chablis that has never lost it's desire to be Champagne. Seriously romantic and such wonderful vinosity. Years ahead but perfect right now.
