July 9, 2019 - So so gold. Spritzy, zingy, citrusy, delicious

November 29, 2018 - Absolutely worth the wait leaving this to develop. Nose doesn't show too much development, still plenty of lime, verbena, some hand cream in the background as well as some mandarin oil. The palate is beautiful. Perfect amount of development which adds a nice depth of flavour still on the limey backbone. Good acid, good length. Delish!

February 26, 2013 - Pure lime drops, softened acid and hints of grapefruit & apricot

December 22, 2010 - Very reserved, almost shy to begin with. Took some time to coax the characters out of this, but once it came out of its shell it showed nice flinty characters mixed with typical eden valley limey fruit. The palate was quite fleshy/meaty to begin with but opened up with time in the glass. Needs a couple of years this one.
