On the palate: Honey, sherry, vanilla, yellow apples, zest and some saltiness and licorice.

    December 16, 2022 - (Disgorged in 2008, 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay, dosage 5 gr/L)
Golden yellow colour with a stream of fine bubbles but then and a lovely maturing nose showing a delicious vanilla cream sensation combined with a hint of honey. Nice and smooth on the palate with a softened acidity showing yellow apples and a creamy mid before a pleasant lime zest bitterness takes over on the lengthy finish. This has transformed into a delicious and smooth cuvée that is really singing right now! Just wonderful!

September 18, 2020 - Quite good with brioche and nut fruit. Showing some layers. Drinking well.

February 6, 2019 - Very well-made and mature champagne with aroma of brioche and multi-layered taste with nice acidity.

December 31, 2017 - Still very Young on the nose, with green apples, but also plenty of bread and butter.
On the palate the high acidity almost outmanouvers the fruit, but it is there! Apple, a hint of peach, stone-dust, long with fine mousse. A really nice champagne, hovever I feel I might drank this one too early.
