May 18, 2013 - Not your average Barbera.. this 2008 Lang Barbera has a nice alcohol kick to it. Good bouquet of wine yeast and cherries, nice full-bodied flavor of tobacco and spice, strong acid and alcohol mouthfeel, lingering flavor of oak and dark fruit. May have just a touch too much alcohol for a higher score, but this is just about the best Barbera we've had!
