Community Tasting Notes 2

March 24, 2012 - Some nice funky truffle, seductive spice, underlying chalky earth, menthol hints and ripe red berries. This is easy to spot as a ripe vintage, fruit borders new world, maybe a tad heavy and lacking the proper acidity to offer a fresh lift. Though their is plenty of the old world to lend a helping hand hint to its true origin. The finish leaves some heat, but overall for $16 a regional bourgogne there is plenty burg pleasing power. Enjoy 87+

October 26, 2011 - Drank at the tail end of a sunday night while watching limitless with friends. A weird gamey foot funk was pervasive. The cork may have been TCA'd. Or maybe I was THC'd?
