November 7, 2009 - Everything you expect. Santa Ynez sweetness, deep lush fruit from the syrah. This wine is balanced though. Had it with a buffalo strip steak, and chocolate lava cake. Great night. Not complex, but high on the yum factor.

June 6, 2006 - Very, very nice. Gains depth with a bit of air. For $25 this is a California bargain. Much more substance than, say, Worthy Sophia's. 2nd day: even better.
