March 1, 2014 - Good fruit aroma along with jam and herbs , cocoa with smokiness. Cherry comes through among the fragrances.

October 28, 2013 - Rich, black red in colour. Lovely concentrated bouquet of black cherry jam and vanilla. In the mouth this shows powerful black fruit character and liquorice with black cherry and damson plus Asian spice and liquorice flavours. Mouth filling and long after taste - nice fruit bomb features showing here.

April 1, 2012 - A lot of heat upon opening (can't say uncorking). Big smooth jammy fruit consistent with Australian wines. Good on its own or with meats/cheeses. Better on day 2 after getting a little breathing time.
