    June 1, 2016 - Somehow this one got lost in the shuffle! I totally anticipated it being down the hill. But it was in fact, still drinkable. Imagine a sparkling dessert wine, very unctuous, but fizzy. Definitely past it’s prime, but not entirely unpleasant.
