February 4, 2022 - Dark fruit, ripe and earthy, with some minerality, a silky texture and sufficient remaining structure. Mature, but should remain in a a good place for a few more years.

October 12, 2021 - Perfumed floral nose. Palate is DARK, yet the primary blackberry/plum fruit is drying out. Salty/savory, almost Syrah-like.Tannins there but mellowed and in balance. Stands up well to an herb-brined chop off the grill. Not super-complex, but a tasty quaff all the same. Drink now.

September 2, 2018 - Good now, but salty, crunchy matchtip tannins and tasty wood-sting up in front of dark fruits. With grilled meat, great now and onward, but alone?
After 24 hours on Coravin, was mellowed and more fruit-friendly/approachable. Very nice.
In my wheelhouse. Good now, but better in 2-3 years... -

July 11, 2015 - Light red fruit intense aroma. Slightly brownish red (so soon?). Cherries on the palate, light tannins, medium finish. Very good to excellent. Lay down as palate now is "barely legal".
