April 22, 2019 - Easy to drink. Nice bramble beginning, followed by round and even middle. A tad harshness on the end.

June 27, 2018 - Not too ripe, a bit of secondary gaminess. Decent dry dark berry flavours and a nice dry finish.

    Very good wine.

December 30, 2017 - Plums, meat stew, blackberries, Provençal herbs and pepper. Body is still very strong and alcoholic with drying tannins and salty minerality. This is a complex and pleasurable Lirac, one of the top. Just I can’t enjoy it fully cause of alcohol presence. I served it quiet chill, around 13-14 degrees. It is a good wine, but got better after 2-3 hours in the decanter, more sweet fruit came and balance is better. Good value imho, better than many Châteauneuf in the market. For my taste it should be better in couple of years..? Decant is a must! Don’t be afraid!:)

November 11, 2016 - Fairly dark red. Some development in the nose but now that the fruit is subsiding there is less to love. Decent earthy red fruit flavours. What really stands out is the great texture.
