April 3, 2020 - This came together nicely since I had it last time. It is not the most complex example of a Clos de Vougeot but there is much to like in this wine. It is fresh and light on its feet, no sur maturitee at all. Aromatically in the dark fruit spectrum with a prominent structure.

September 22, 2019 - Very tart initially, but then next day much more charming, light initially but surprising weight soon becomes apparent. great minerality. Complex slightly bitter popurri of red fruit. What a red burgundy should aspire to be. Really needs 5-10 years more bottle age.

January 12, 2019 - Rå vin med stort potensiale. Full bodied med mye underliggende kompleksitet. Men dette er barnerov. Må ligge i minst 5, og sikkert helst 10 år til.

February 28, 2016 - At Maison Blanche. Decanted an hour before dinner. Could benefit from more time, but certainly enjoyable to drink now. Red cherries and perhaps a little cinnamon. Nice. P liked.

February 17, 2016 - Very ripe nose reflecting the vintage but also polished. A hint of licorice, mostly black fruits, mushroom and mineral. Nicely layered, silky, sweet tannins and long finish. Need to revisit in a few years.
