October 14, 2012 - Restaurantkøb i Rio de Janeiro. Første gang jeg stifter bekendtskab med druen alvarinho. Farven er lys-grøn, duften er ikke så markant. Smagen er frisk, sprød, mundrensende og lækker skarp syre. Perfekt match til Bouillabaisse. Mums
