Community Tasting Notes 3

May 29, 2013 - Deep ruby color and with slightly throttled nose of blackberry and cocoa. But seriously unbalanced on the tongue, abrasive tannins bullying the fruit into submission. Tart medium finish. Very disappointing

May 3, 2013 - Run of the mill Syrah. Decanted for 30 minutes. Not much on the nose, taste of berries and plum. Fair amount of sediment. An OK everyday drinker, nothing special.

April 26, 2013 - Very pruney and tannic. Not sure if it will ever settle out but definitely not drinking well in 2013.
