September 4, 2017 - Popped and poured. This is a dark-cherry-red wine with essentially no sediment. On the nose, I get stones, dusty berries, a touch of spice, and coffee beans. In the mouth, this is a nice, round package with a juicy squirt of fruit flavors throughout. The finish has a long trail of red fruit that lasts nearly a minute. Overall, this is difficult to read at first but opens nicely with about 45 minutes of air. The Syrah dominates this classic Paso red blend. 92 points.

April 19, 2017 - This bottle drinking well despite being past CT's drinking window. Well balanced with plenty of precision in fruit. Nice!!!

December 18, 2016 - This wine has aged very nicely. Still lots of blue and red fruits, with a little lavender or floral. Very smooth and velvety, with long finish.

November 22, 2016 - Drank over two nights. Color of dark red.
First night: Scents of black and blue berries, bold. Tastes were consistent with scents, with big, bold taste, but not jammy.
Second night: Generally consistent with prior night. But, tastes were definitely mellowed out and blueberry was more prominent and had a more smooth and less acidic mouth feel. Very good.
