August 7, 2011 - Pale yellow, clear. Green & red apples and sherbet.
Rich, creamy and fruity mouthfeel with enticing bubbles.
Light bodied, off dry with a fresh acidity - so nicely balanced and with a long fruity finish.
Definitely more sherbety than 2009 - and even better.
