December 27, 2010 - Sadly this was just not holding up. It's a tad bitter and green on the palate...but the nose was beautiful. It appears to be on the downslope...drink up!

August 27, 2005 - Burgundy Dinner (Mark & Dawne's): A delicious way to start the evening. Rich gold color, nose of butterscotch, pear and apple. A creamy and lush mouthfeel. Round and generous with a nice acid streak.
