May 28, 2023 - Agree with previous notes. Drink this now. Tannins almost gone, dried fruit. Funnily hardly any perceived acidity on day 1 but better day 2. Don’t waste time though!

January 15, 2022 - Medium Garnet with clear edges. This wind has medium intensity developed aromas of burnt raspberry, violet, nutmeg, meat, blood, Burntwood, and Asian spice. The tannins at this point are medium minus as they’ve lost a lot of their structure. The wind has high alcohol and medium acidity in the body is also starting to wane. This wine has medium intensity developed flavors of burnt raspberries, blackberries, nutmeg, game, and tar. The palate certainly is weaker than the nose, including a medium finish. This is a good wine that should be drunk as fast as you can as it’s already past its prime as it’s lost it’s tannin structure in the fruit is starting to evaporate also.
