June 20, 2011 - Adequate white wine but its all a bit too light and forgettable. The riesling component gives it a some sweetness in the finish while there's also a hint of greater depth and breadth from the lees but you really have to concentrate to notice it. Would be better if it had more structure and acidity. Disappoining.
