August 1, 2023 - Just a beautiful nebbiolo - great aromatics and the palate was delish with a little tar, a little rose, more than a little black cherry. Polished, elegant, muscular, and lithe body. $107.50 at Cinghiale.

November 15, 2022 - From second half of bottle, stored in half decanter for three days. Deep ruby with clear edge. Smoked meat on nose. Same cranberry, rose, and ripe cherry notes as previous note 18 months ago. Only medium finish. Much better than first glass, which underwhelmed; lesson: must decant and let breathe (or just keep waiting!)
