August 7, 2017 - Biscuity and vanilla with orange peel and paraffin wax with a lock of sea spray. The palette is silly and ripe, but with a streak of mineral and a nice, balanced dry finish with a lingering citrus acidity. Very good, drinking well and will go for many, many more years.
