September 13, 2020 - Very pleasing lychee pineapple nose, good balance (I.e. plenty of acid left), and reasonably long finish

Good to the last coravin’ed drop (5 days later)

February 22, 2020 - Has a slight honeyed start with clean fruit flavors and nice acidic finish. Save the last bottle to see what it does.

May 30, 2019 - Wine is fully mature. Honey over lemon, still with a late ginger finish. This is now burnished, unctuous and extremely long. Acid still supports the structure and subtle, typical oxidative notes add smoky nuance. Une Grande Dame!

January 6, 2018 - very nice. nose of anise and then stone fruits and pit. very nice body. seems like at peak. excellent.

October 12, 2014 - Straw colored. Lovely spiced apple aromas, with a touch of nutty oxidized notes too boot. Relaxed and effortless on the palate, with just enough fruit to keep it buoyant and just enough acidity to keep it moving. Impeccable balance and delicious flavors. Wish I had lots more.
