April 15, 2007 - Hanzell Vertical (Seattle, WA): Brett, mmmm!!! Some licorice, fennel, this smells more like a Beaucastel than a Hanzell. Really nice texture, rather present acidity, brisk, and chewy. Dry and a bit tart on the finish. Seemingly a dirtier wine than other vintages.
