July 22, 2020 - Great with chicken, brown beech mushrooms, and green beans. Good nose, balanced, opened nicely with 45 min decant. Perhaps some room for further blending, but don’t see much uoside for complexity.

February 11, 2018 - Nose now is a very good place. The palat is also softer than before, with tannins now less acidic. Still might improve a little from here, particularly to some more complexity hopefully, but probably not a ton. No harm in drinking this now and onwards.

February 13, 2016 - Sehr abgerundet, ausgewogen, ein Gedicht

July 25, 2015 - Lots of potential but not yet there. Tannis pretty sharp, with acidity/ astringency on the palette. Nose is good, but not great. Am hoping that more time will soften and deepen this one out. I would say 2015 as the start of its drinking window is a year or two too early. Wil wait for a year to try the next one of these.

April 14, 2014 - I'd forgotten I'd already had this, but, looking at my early note, it hasn't changed much. Noticeable oak, rich, full palate, but not quite together yet and not very complex or interesting either. Given the relative lack of pleasure to be had now, I'd hold and drink in 5-10 years. 89+
