  November 30, 2021 - First day on PnP. On the nose a bit shy, fresh moss, sour cherry and bitter chocolate, a load of tannin, nice bitter note, fresh, decent sweetness, long powerful finish with some heat (90 points). Not much evolved within the last three and a half years.
  
  A step up after five days, the nose is more intense with a red fruit cocktail and fig, on the palate melted tannin, still quite powerful and very long, but the alcohol is better integrated now and the heat is gone (92 points).
  
  Superb LBV with many years ahead.

  May 8, 2018 - On day one the alcohol is dominating, quite hot on the palate, after five days the alcohol is much better integrated, on the nose prune and chocolate, on the palate smooth, medium sweetness, bit earthy, long finish. Requires some more patience, 90 points now.

  February 27, 2016 - Not in the best drinking window now, it lost a bit the fruitiness it had two years ago, but will improve again within the next years. Quite present tannin, moderate sweetness, long finish, still very good LBV.
