April 4, 2024 - Light golden color, a touch thin. Not where I would go for my sweet wine kick. Lacks complexity.

  • Lanzelot Likes this wine: 92 points

December 16, 2023 - The color is medium golden. On the nose there are pronounced aromas of ripe apricot, linden blossom, chamomile, honey. The acidity is high. The wine is sweet. Due to the acidity it's well balanced. The body is medium(+). On the palate the flavors are similar tho the nose. The finish is long. This is a very well aged Moelleux. It lacks a little of complexity. Glass I used: Riedel Veritas Sauvignon Blanc

February 17, 2023 - Slightly oxidative, waxy, tangerine, nutty. Stone fruit, apricot. Good, but had no chance against the JJ. Prüm Auslese next to it.

  • Rani Likes this wine: 92 points

July 16, 2022 - Dark golden color. Notes of caramel, melon, apricot. Mouth coating and unctuous, great acidity. Sweet at Auslese-level but mot beyond. It’s probably at peak and will start shedding some if it’s sweetness with more aging.

  • Lemari Likes this wine: 90 points

March 25, 2022 - A beautiful golden color with inviting tropical fruit aromas. Distinct honey and apricot flavors linger over a medium length finish. The acidity of the '02s has now dropped to where the residual sugar is noticeable and may taste imbalanced on the sweet side for some drinkers. Minimal shelf life left on this vintage, enjoy what you have sooner than later.
