October 17, 2019 - Lemon, butter, dandelion, lemon sherbet, gentle funky veg, touch of nut, the MLF influence is there, quite fizzy and holds fizz well, some generosity front palate, good acidity. Very good

July 17, 2013 - 4.5+8+5+8.5*+8.5+5+5; Shall we say WOW! If this Champagne had more aromatics it would have been the best I have ever had. Creamy, rich, simply delicious. A full stream of super tiny bubbles is a delight to behold, along with a color where the light seems to stream out of the glass rather then simply reflecting it. Beautiful aroma of lime and apple with a pleasant mineral backdrop; flavors that are an intertwining of citrus and stone fruits with nutty and french bread notes on a long finish that has no ill edge anywhere. Non-Vintage, so I know it is a crap-shoot to find the same bottling, but this was a release from a 2010/2011 bottling of mostly 2005 fruit. Good luck.

June 2, 2013 - Good texture and very delicious, but starting to lose some of the sparkle of youth and develop some very light aged flavors. Less noticeable by itself but have it next to a younger wine, it is easy to discern which is the older bottle. I purchased this bottle in Q1, 2012.

August 17, 2012 - Gentle and inviting aromas of a kind of creamy chalkiness over some white fruit, very nice. On the palate this has an elegant and refined texture, with fruit spreading out generously while there's just enough acidity to brighten things up without giving it a racy grip. Truit and bready notes carry into the finish nicely. Drinking great right now.

June 2, 2012 - 12.0% alcohol. Light yellow color. A better showing than a year ago. Creamy on the nose, with a fine mousse and bubbles, and very fine green apple and brioche notes. In the mouth, vibrant and more complete than previously, showing more depth -- ginger and stony minerals added to the apple and citrus on the palate. Bright acidity and a refined finish. Tasty. A-/A
